Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using rogate.live ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated from Finland. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Rogate.live allows users to create shareable product codes linked to Roblox gamepasses. When a player purchases the gamepass through our Roblox game, the seller receives a Discord webhook notification.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using a supported OAuth provider (Discord or Google). You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Abuse rate limits or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead other users or Roblox players.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code of the Service are the property of the operator. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. rogate.live is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
